The provisions of this handbook are not to be regarded as a contract between any student/parent and the College. However, all students who accept admission at Randolph-Macon College agree to abide by, uphold, and defend the Student Conduct Code.
The College reserves the right to change any of the policies, rules, regulations, and standards of conduct at any time as may be necessary in the interest of the College.
The College also reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the services, programs, or activities described in this handbook.
Changes to Policies
The policies and regulations of RMC may be amended from time to time by action of the responsible bodies. Therefore, the documents in this handbook are subject to change during the academic session. Because of the likelihood of these changes, the official policy is the online version of the student handbook, which can be found on the website
Official Communication
All official communication between the College and student(s) will be through the RMC student mail services and/or through a student’s College assigned e-mail account.
The online version of this document is the official copy of the Student Handbook. There is a printable version provided as a courtesy. In cases where the two differ, the online version is the official version.
